I used to be fine with pretty much everything the internet threw at me. Sure, I would close websites immediately that I wasn't interested in, but I was never really scared of any internet trends. I never got into livejournal and I was scathing about it, but it didn't freak me out. I had my own website/journal/blog since 1999. I completely embraced twitter. I reluctantly joined facebook (because Jonathan Baudanza somehow got to me when I was drunk enough to pinky promise), I use flickr because

Three people were shot last night around East 94th Street and Church in Brooklyn. A car is also full of bullets. WABC 7 reports that while the "conditions of the victims are unknown," one victim may have been shot in the head, another was shot in the arm, and a third victim was able to drive to the hospital. Police are investigating.
